On caffeine, a bit high. Relaxation Ritual strong, with some strong visuals of the golden ball. The Kabbalistic Cross of Liber XXV struck me soundly, the imagery - entire environment laden with energy. As I began to form the circle proper my wife began to cough, quite uncontrollably in the next room. I easily withdraw from this, then disgusted with withdrawal I automatically began to integrate it, along with the endless chirping of a tree frog. The evocation of the elemental powers was very strong, the powers somehow laden with a physical presence, giving them a different but powerful feel. Liber XXVI also strong, with the same feel as Liber XXV, a sense of a very strong physical element. I quite naturally assumed the position of Baphomet before the actual creation of the elixir, the sign in its proper place after the formation (more appropriate word than creation) formed a powerful invocation of Set. The LVX signs flowed very easily from one stage to the next. The Middle Pillar Ritual seemed natural, flowing without effort with much the same effect as in the past. Easily projected into the astral temple, and I was immediately struck by the strongly material feeling surrounding me. The presence of the physical element caused me some alarm, but i found myself totally operative on the astral. Entered the doorway of water after saying will, and found myself immersed in water, and quite distinctly female. I instinctively tried to divorce my consciousness from this form, although it felt very natural. I swam about, and suddenly my consciousness shifted, and I found myself kneeling, male, in a darkened room before an alter with my tools. It was very dark and physical, I suddenly realized it was my physical temple, integrated and part of the astral. I tried to return immediately, and found I could not, so I returned to the astral temple, said will and returned easily to the physical.

Sat in the Dragon performing four fold breath for six minutes.  Entered a good state quickly, broken by a series of strong breaks, but returning to a good state that was strong and clean.  Most breaks had to do with the things I have done and learned so far in relation to the new compassionate - feeling component of me that's rising, perhaps growing rather than "new".  Burning sandlewood this morning, a clean mixture, not so heavy.  Starting to read Braden and watched his video last night [Awakening to Zero Point].
